Cutom-built LED screen solutions

Hilan LED provides Custom-Built LED Screen Solutions for our customers. According to customer’s requirement and budget, we will give appropriate recommendation for the raw materials brand, pixel pitch, cabinet type, final screen size, installation method, installation site 3D or CAD effect drawing and installation structure drawing for references.

For all your requirements, we will give feedback and suggestions as soon as possible according to the actual situation, we would need the following information from your side to help recommend a solution for you.

Information you need to provide

● Will your screen be used for indoor or outdoor environment?

● Will you fix install your screen in one place or you will move the screen here and there for different events usage?

● What would be the size of the screen Width x Height ?

● For fixed installation project, can you provide us a site photo or site drawing to allow us provide you 3D effect for your reference or recommend you the suitable solutions according to your project?

● What’ s the voltage there in your country?

● Do you have any other special requirement for the cabinet or the design?

● Do you need to print your logo on the cabinet ?

Order production

After confirming the above information, we will provide you a detailed quotation with technical specifications for your requirements. And we will start arrange production upon receipt of the 30% deposit in our account. After the production is finished, we will send you the production photos and videos and aging test photos and videos for our screens. 72 hours aging test before delivery is a standard for our factory. Also you can send the 3rd party to our factory to do inspection before delivery.

We can help load the container for you or send the goods to your forwarder as your demand.

After-sale service

Product Warranty

In 2 years, we will provide free parts for replacement if any problem belongs to us during this period; 2 years later,we provide spare parts for replacement based at cost charge. And we offer life-long technical support services for our led screens.

Technical Support

You can send your staff who has some knowledge of electricity and computer to our factory and we will provide one week free of charge training of how to maintain and repair. Meanwhile we can also send engineers to guide the installations and operations on site.

Know how your logo is printed

When you provide print content to us, we will choose the printing method according to the content length and printing position characteristics. We usually use two types of printing: screen printing and laser printing.

Silk Printing

Silkscreen printing involves using a tightly-stretched mesh.The first step is to mount the silkscreens over your chosen canvas, with a separate screen for each colour.

Once the screens or stencils are in place, artists roll, press, sponge or squeegee their ink or paint over the silkscreens to leave a design.

Other materials – including polyester mesh, nylon threads and even stainless steel – can be used in the process. Different types of mesh size will determine the outcome and look of the finished piece.

laser Engraving

Laser engraving is the practice of using lasers to engrave an object. Laser marking, on the other hand, is a broader category of methods to leave marks on an object, which in some cases, also includes color change due to chemical/molecular alteration, charring, foaming, melting, ablation, and more.

The technique does not involve the use of inks, nor does it involve tool bits which contact the engraving surface and wear out, giving it an advantage over alternative engraving or marking technologies where inks or bit heads have to be replaced regularly.

Carton Boxes

Like for led modules, we use carton cases with pearl wool inside. Each case, we can load from 20-76 modules/ carton. This allows that we can directly send the carton box by express to our customers without damage. Also we can offer customized carton boxes with

Plwood cases

For fix installation project,we use plywood cases to pack and inside the cabinet, we have protection pearl wool to protect the screen lamp from being crashed during transportation.

Flight cases

For rental screen customers, we use flight cases to allow the screen easily to be moved from here and there for different events usage. Also for some big creative led screens, we also use flight cases to pack to protect the screen.
